Tool
A loudness meter, in the browser.
Drop an audio file and get its integrated loudness, loudness range, momentary and short-term maxima and true peak, to ITU-R BS.1770 and EBU R 128. The meter is written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly; it passes the EBU Tech 3341 and 3342 minimum-requirements tests, which run in the repository's CI. The code is public at github.com/twwalsh/loudness.
Decoding and measurement happen on this page. The file is not uploaded anywhere. Long files take a few seconds; anything your browser can decode (WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, AAC) works, at the decoder's sample rate.
