Work

My practice is multidimensional, incorporating music, engineering, visual art & the written word. I leverage my experience in various domains to assist others in the process of individuation and realization through my coaching, teaching and mentoring work.

My latest major project is Coherence, a Dharma book published in 2023. Part meditation manual and part poetry collection, Coherence is a synthesis of ancient wisdom and 21st century cognizance.
